Next Group organized two exclusive incentive trips—one to St. Petersburg in 2019 and another to Lisbon in 2022 to reward the network’s top 150 consultants. For both trips, a four-day, three-night itinerary was designed to give participants the opportunity to experience the most distinctive attractions and activities in each city.
Tours by tram and vintage car offered a chance to explore the city’s most unique and evocative locations. A highlight of these two incentive trips was the series of lavish dinners where awards were presented to the “top achievers.” The team-building activities were thrilling and enjoyable—ranging from a spy-themed game inspired by the famous Agent 007 films in St. Petersburg, which allowed guests to discover hidden corners and local traditions, to an exciting sailing race on the Tagus River in Lisbon.
Everything was personalized and meticulously coordinated with great attention to detail, encompassing both communication and logistics. Next handled organizational secretarial duties, the processing of visas for Russia, and various other tasks.
