For the Capital Markets Day 2025, Kering entrusted Next Group with the production of the event hosted at Stazione Leopolda in Florence and also streamed globally.
The occasion marked the first Capital Markets Day under the new CEO, Luca de Meo, and represented the moment of presentation of ReconKering, the Group’s new strategic vision for the future of luxury.
Next Group curated a project capable of combining the institutional dimension of the event with a high-impact scenographic and experiential setup. Stazione Leopolda was transformed into an articulated and coherent environment, designed to guide guests through the different levels of the corporate narrative: from the plenary session to the exhibition area, through to the spaces dedicated to hospitality.
The exhibition path gave visibility to 10 of the Group’s Maisons and to Kering Eyewear, through dedicated areas developed in collaboration with the brands involved. At the center of the exhibition area, a kaleidoscopic video installation brought together the different identities under a single vision, while at the same time enhancing the specificity of each Maison.
The production was carried out within particularly tight setup timelines. In just 48 hours, a scenography was created to recreate the atmosphere of a luxury boutique, with custom-made displays, lighting design, and product supports designed to integrate seamlessly into the visual language of the event.
The plenary contents, curated by DCODE for Kering, were integrated with the scenographic setup, contributing to the overall coherence of the experience and to the continuity of the narrative.
Particular attention was also dedicated to hospitality, with the creation of a welcoming and contemporary space in dialogue with the architecture of Stazione Leopolda. The environment, suspended between an Italian café, a contemporary bistro, and a winter garden, offered guests an elegant, comfortable experience consistent with the Group’s positioning.
The result was an international corporate event in which content, space, and relationships contributed to building a unified narrative: a project designed to give shape to Kering’s strategic vision and translate it into a high-profile physical and digital experience.
