Lion Wing Dubai 2025 was a five-day incentive designed to reward and celebrate Generali’s top-performing salespeople. Set in Dubai, the project brought together 330 participants under a powerful concept: “Destination Future.”
The journey combined celebration, training, and team building in a crescendo of immersive experiences, from the desert to the city’s iconic skyline venues. Every moment was designed to reinforce corporate values, strengthen group identity, and inspire ambition and forward-looking vision.
