A non-negotiable core skill: writing. More broadly, the ability to conceive and develop content for client brands that balances meaning, communication effectiveness and strategy.

If so, keep reading — we might be a great match!

The Role

The Content Manager will work on content creation for the agency’s clients, contributing to content strategy design and taking direct responsibility for writing and managing the production process (reviews, adaptations, assets, timelines and publishing).

The role has a strong social & digital focus; experience with branded editorial and corporate content is considered a plus.

What you will do / Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of content strategies, supporting the Strategy team in defining editorial approaches across different channels (social, web, etc.), aligned with insights, competitors and business objectives.

  • Ideate and develop multichannel editorial plans, translating strategic briefs into coherent and effective publishing calendars.

  • Manage editorial calendars and content production on a day-to-day basis, coordinating directly with all involved professionals.

  • Handle direct client management on content-related activities and revision workflows, including the creation of presentations and supporting documentation.

  • Write copy for reels, short-form videos, organic and paid social posts, newsletters and landing pages, adapting tone of voice across brands and platforms.

  • Coordinate photo and video content production through dedicated shoots, including the management of external suppliers. On set, actively contribute to creative direction, ensuring narrative and strategic consistency as well as execution quality.

  • Collaborate with the Creative team on ideation, optimization and adaptation of content for social platforms.

  • Monitor KPIs and performance via Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics and LinkedIn, proposing data-driven improvements.

  • Present reports, analyses and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

  • Stay up to date on trends, languages, formats and algorithms, turning them into creative opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in content production gained in a communication agency, structured editorial platforms or companies.

  • Ability to combine strategic vision and operational execution, ensuring coherence between message, tone and visual output in daily work.

  • Proven capability in designing content ecosystems across multiple digital and social channels, with a solid understanding of their logic, interdependencies, languages and formats.

  • Excellent writing skills and strong ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands, platforms and targets.

  • Strategic and data-driven mindset: ability to read insights and metrics and turn them into concrete actions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, operational autonomy, collaborative attitude and continuous dialogue with strategy, creative, account and production teams.

  • Solid project management skills, including workflow and timeline management.

  • Excellent knowledge of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) and understanding of native video formats (reels, UGC, short-form content).

  • Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, photo/video editing skills and familiarity with smart video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut).
