NEXT S.p.A. is a structured and fast-growing company, part of a group active in the design, production, and management of high-value creative events, brand experiences, and integrated communication projects, operating both nationally and internationally.

For our Rome Operations team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with at least 6–8 years of experience.

• End-to-end management of the event from brief to final reconciliation
• Planning of activities, timelines, and project milestones
• Preparation and management of the project budget (ability to draft budgets, monitor costs, manage final accounting, and control variances)
• Daily interface with the client for operational management
• Operational coordination of internal teams and external suppliers
• Organizational supervision during on-site event phases (agenda, activities, flows, overall coordination)
• Ongoing alignment with the Agency’s internal Account
• Preparation of project documentation, reports, and post-event debrief
• Management of unforeseen issues and operational problem solving

• At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in event and live communication agencies, managing corporate events independently
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Ability to translate a creative project into a comprehensive quotation within tight timelines, identifying the required suppliers (from logistics activities to the execution of the creative concept)
• Development and management of budgets exceeding €400k
• Ability to manage suppliers, analyze quotations, and negotiate
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, internal teams (account, creative, production, travel agency), and suppliers
• Management of critical issues and unforeseen events typical of live projects, maintaining and strengthening client trust
• Professional level of English
• Availability to travel and provide on-site presence during events

• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable preparing and monitoring budgets exceeding €400k
• Strong proficiency in using Excel
• Precise and autonomous in managing activities
• Ability to plan and manage deadlines
• Comfortable interacting with Clients, Suppliers, and internal Teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication
• Problem-solving oriented, with mediation skills and a constructive approach to managing tensions
